Air-to-Air Refuelling
Air-to-Air refuelling whilst not immediately appearing to be an important part of military strategy has taken new resonance in the post Cold War era.
Military operations are often conducted far from home bases and are very frequently of a rapid reaction nature in tandem with Coalition forces. Air-to-Air Refuelling enables all types of military aircraft - fighter, attack, transport, and helicopters and in some cases command and control aircraft along with other airborne tankers themselves, to benefit from increased range and operational utility in a conflict zone.
